ARE THE GATES TO THE CAMPGROUND LOCKED AT NIGHT?
The entrance to our park requires an access card 24/7. This will be given to you upon arrival of your stay.
WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF YOUR POOL/LAKE?
Our Pool and Lake are open 11am-8pm, 7 days a week.
WHERE CAN I FIND OUT MORE INFORMATION ABOUT DAY-USE?
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY CAMPING FEE?
We offer a wide variety of different amenities included in your camping fee. Activities that are free of charge include: use of the Pool, Wibits, Lake, Archery, Train Rides on the Jellystone Park Express, Cornhole, Playgrounds, Gaga Ball, Basketball and Fishing. Activities that are available for a fee: Recreation Center Activities (ceramics, tie dye, sand art, etc.) and Gem Mining.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I MAKE MY RESERVATION?
We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance of desired arrival date, as our Camp-Resort will fill up quickly!

WHEN IS THE CHEAPEST TIME TO BOOK?
Sunday night- Thursday night will be our lower rates with our higher rates being the weekends.
WHAT ARE YOUR PEAK AND NON-PEAK SEASON DATES AND DOES THAT AFFECT THE ATTRACTIONS?
Our Camp-Resort dates and availability of attractions vary throughout the season and are as follows:
- Peak Season: Memorial Day- Labor Day
- Non-Peak Season: Opening weekend- Memorial Day and Labor Day- Closing weekend
*Events, attractions, and facilities have limited availability during non-peak season.
CAN I TOUR THE CAMP-RESORT?
We are happy to show off the Camp-Resort and we do allow tours. However, we cannot allow tours on holidays or busy weekends. Please call ahead, we would hate for you to waste a drive.
DO YOU OFFER SEASONAL/MONTHLY SITES?
We are not offering additional seasonal sites at this time.
WHAT ARE THE RANGER STATION OFFICE HOURS?
Fr – Sat 9a-9p
WILL MY RESERVATION GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC CAMPSITE OR CABIN ASSIGNMENT?
We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable $25 lock-in fee. If you opt out of the lock-in fee, you are guaranteed your selected campsite or cabin type, but not the specific unit number.
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I HAVE ON MY RESERVATION?
You can have up to 8 people on your reservation if you are at a tent site, RV site, or cabin. (Specific cabins will accommodate certain amounts of guests)
WHAT CAN I USE MY JELLYSTONE PARK™ GIFT CARD TOWARDS?
Jellystone Park™ gift cards are applicable towards reservations, Day Use Passes, store purchases, or activities & amenities.
DO YOU HAVE RVS TO RENT?
We do not have RVs to rent at our campground.
DO YOU PROVIDE LINENS IN ALL CABINS?
Yes, we provide linens in all our cabins now!
CAN MY FRIENDS COME AND VISIT?
Absolutely! Guests must pay the day-use fee to visit. Our campers are not allowed to give out their gate pass to their guests and Day-Use guests may not bring vehicles into the park. You may meet your guests at the Ranger Station and take them to your site after they have purchased their armbands.
CAN I PITCH A TENT AT MY CAMPSITE IF I HAVE AN RV?
Our sites are currently one camping unit per camp site.
IS FIREWOOD AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?
We have firewood available for purchase at our Ranger Station! To preserve the beauty of our wooded Camp-Resort, please do not cut down or damage trees in any way.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FIREWOOD?
Not at this time.
CAN I BRING MY OWN GOLF CART, MOTORIZED SCOOTER, OR ATV TO THE CAMP-RESORT?
For safety and liability reasons, guests are not permitted to bring any personal motorized vehicles, such as golf carts, into Jellystone Park™. While we do not like to be the fun police, guests found in violation of this policy may be asked to leave without refund. For your convenience, we do offer golf cart rentals that allow accessing our Camp-Resort easy…and fun! If you have a disability, you can bring your own golf cart, however, you must provide documentation for insurance and have a handicap placard.
CAN I RENT A GOLF CART IF I AM ONLY THERE FOR DAY-USE?
No, our golf carts are for our campers with reservations only.
HOW DO I RENT A GOLF CART IF I AM STAYING OVERNIGHT?
This is an add on when booking your reservation. If you are already here and decide you would like to add on a golf cart, feel free to swing by the Ranger Station.
HOW MANY CARS ARE PERMITTED AT MY SITE AND MAY I HAVE EXTRA CARS?
You may have two cars per site, but each car should have a car pass hanging on the rearview window. These are given with your reservation materials. We do not allow extra cars per site because we do not have enough parking space available.
DO YOU HAVE QUIET HOURS?
We do! Quiet hours are 11pm – 8am daily. Any guest under 18 years of age must be at their campsite or cabin during these hours, unless accompanied by an adult.
ARE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED AT YOUR PARK?
They are, but the beverage must be held in an unmarked container or koozie. This is a family-friendly Camp-Resort, so please be considerate of others and refrain from loud and unseemly language.
WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR THEMED EVENTS?
Good question! We have lots of themed weekends throughout the year. You can find a list of our upcoming themed events on our website under the “Things to Do” tab.
CAN I BRING A PET WITH ME? YES!
We are a pet-friendly resort! Pets are allowed at RV sites, but not in our playgrounds, restrooms, or other buildings. Pets are also allowed at pet-friendly cabins, so please request at time of booking. Pet owners are required to bring a leash for their pets and are responsible for pet clean-up and noise control. For the safety of our guests, pets must be up to date on vaccinations. We reserve the right to remove hostile and disruptive pets from the park.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED AT YOUR PARK?
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
HOW DO I GET MY REWARD POINTS?
Your points are added after your stay at our park. If you do not see your points added within a month of leaving our park, please contact us and we will gladly help you.
